Hygiene for foodstuff packaging
Published in May 2008. EN 15593 establishes a certifiable basis for hygiene management, and contains the requirements of food manufacturers and grocers in Europe, in one standard. It provides a systematic approach to ensure product safety and process control. The focus of this standard is the primary packaging of foodstuffs, but also takes into consideration the secondary and tertiary packaging.
